Remember that participation in these events depends on prior registration and the capacity of the venue. If you are an organizer and your event is not yet reflected, it is because the application is in the process of being updated.

To facilitate participation in the events of the COP16 Green Zone agenda, a pre-registration will be enabled to facilitate access to conferences, workshops, panel discussions and exhibitions. Below are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to the pre-registration link.
  2. Select the day on which you wish to participate.
  3. Select the event you would like to attend.
  4. Fill in the information requested in the form.
  5. Accept the data protection policy.
  6. Download the QR code (which will also be sent to the registered e-mail with the event details)

  • The QR code must be presented at the time of attending the event, which will allow you to register quickly and easily.
